Business Law: Text and Cases (West's Business Law) Hardcover Kenneth W. Clarkson

As a student of Business and has a limited knowledge of the law before, I must admit that this text is worth every penny. For those of us on board the entrepreneurial, knowledge about the worlds of tort law, constitutional law, copyright, cyberlaw, etc. absolutely necessary.

The text includes current cases, lower court decision, their background, abbreviated text, according to the laws and decisions of the intermediate / senior appellate courts. The authors present the text in a format that is not too hard to read but not easy to skim.

Congratulations to Clarkson, Miller, Jentz and Cross for another fantastic text.
